Good to Know

• Customers need to be able to walk down stairs in order to board the ship.
• This is a bilingual tour in German and English presented by a live guide. There is no audio guides on this tour.

Meeting Point

Please look for the Pier of our company "Reederei Hadynski". The ship is waiting on the river directly next to the restaurant "Alois Moser Alpenküche" and opposite of Museum Island. It´s close to the S-Bahn Station "Hackescher Markt". The ship always arrives about 25-minutes prior to departure. Please present your voucher to the staff before going down the stairs to the ship. Check-in ends 5 minuts prior to departure. You will be guaranteed a seat, but maybe not together if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes prior to departure there might be still a ship from a different company. After they depart one of our ships "Carola" or "Franziska" will arrive. Unfortunately the ship won´t be able to wait for guests that are running late. Please find out how to get to the ship before the tour starts. If you want to take the tour with live moderation please stick to the time you booked and don´t take an earlier tour as that might be with an audio guide. Please ask!
